Coming soon to an audiobook project near you — near-perfection!

ACX compliance the right way, with a set of plug-ins by an engineer for engineers, to achieve compliance for each of the ACX standards independently, and with absolutely minimal distortion.

A unique approach permits independent adjustment of the three ACX requirements (peaks no greater than -3 dB, overall RMS about -20 dB, floor noise less than -60 dB — but not washed to unnaturally silent levels). This overcomes the traditional problem where fixing one of the problems unfixes another, and also allows avoiding the over-quick solution applying compression, limiters, compensating gain, and filters.

Auxiliary functionality will find bad splices and short and long periods of silence — both pure silence and the keep-alive inserts made by some DAWs. Additionally, the process keeps a log, including control settings; you can make additions to the log at any time, every entry time-stamped.

And it's blazing fast. The heavy-math processes are written in C++ as vst3 plug-ins. Rates in tests have seen ratios more than 220x, achieving a better than seven-second process on a 26-minute track. This is for the hands-on audio engineer who wants the very, very best results possible with virtually no compromises and far less 'tampering' with the sound.
